Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or large-volume orders may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Calculated at checkout based on size and destination

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for additional cost

  • Freight Shipping: Required for large desks and shelving units (7-14 business days)

  • Free Shipping: Offered on orders over $299 to contiguous US

3. Delivery Services

  • Parcel Delivery: Office chairs and small items are delivered to your doorstep

  • Freight Delivery: Large items receive curbside delivery. White glove service (room placement and packaging removal) is available for additional fees

4. Order Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate with carriers.

5. Delivery Inspection
Inspect all packages upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos for freight claims.

6. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 US states. Additional fees and longer transit times apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is not available.

7. Address Changes & Missed Deliveries
Address changes must be requested within 6 hours of order placement. Missed deliveries may incur redelivery fees. Unclaimed packages are returned after 15 days.
