1. Return & Exchange Window
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories.

2. Special Conditions

  • Desks & Shelving Units: Must be disassembled and returned in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to assembled furniture returns.

  • Office Chairs: Must be unused with all protective coverings intact. Assembly marks or signs of use may result in return refusal.

  • All items must include original packaging, manuals, and all hardware.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items not in original condition or missing components

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return through our website contact form with your order number

  2. Get Authorization: We'll provide Return Authorization and instructions

  3. Ship Items Back: You're responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)

  4. Receive Refund: After inspection, refunds are processed within 10-14 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees

5. Damaged/Defective Items
Inspect items immediately upon delivery. Report damage or defects within 48 hours with photos/videos. We'll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.
